Massage is part of my life.

I began my massage adventure while I was still working in the hotel industry, a world I'm deeply passionate about. At the time, I was taking massage classes just for the fun of it, without imagining that it would end up guiding my whole life and become my vocation!

I took my first steps with Gestalt MassageⓇ , a gentle, enveloping approach. I soon felt the need to go further, to understand the body in a different way, to respond to the deeper needs of the people who came to me.

So, as I travelled and met new people, I enriched my practice: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Drainage, Energy Massage... right up to my latest specialization, Aquatic Relaxation and Convalescence Massage. These techniques go even further in listening to the body: they offer a real sense of letting go and taking complete charge of the person. Each movement is an invitation to deeply release tension, both physical and emotional.

My aim?
To offer much more than a massage: a genuine inner journey, a reconnection with oneself, in a warm and caring environment.

When I massage, I give it my all. Every movement is attentive, every pressure intentional. My approach is instinctive, adjusted to the moment, because for me, massage is not just a technique: it is an encounter, an exchange, a moment suspended in time where we can finally let go of what weighs us down.

With 20 years of experience, I practice in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez and welcome each person with the same attention.
